• Deliver innovative Computer Training Programs and learning opportunities to economically and socially disadvantaged people in metropolitan Atlanta and its surrounding communities.
  
  
• Offer a structured and high-quality learning experience that enables participants to develop basic and enhanced computer skills and succeed in an information-based economy.
  
  
• Work with partners in post-secondary education and academia to expand the work of CTS to offer Computer Training Programs in more communities, both within Georgia and throughout the United States.
