			VOLUNTEER CTS is presently an all-volunteer organization. In the near future, we plan to hire a small number of part and full time individuals skilled in computer science and on-site training. Working with our volunteer base, they'll help to get Computer Training Programs started and completed in more neighborhoods. At present, CTS is looking for talented volunteers to assist it in the following areas: Training Coordinator - Develop Training Plan for classroom instruction; deliver course instruction; conduct oversight of volunteer trainers. Fundraising Coordinator - Coordination and implementation of Fundraising Program, including ongoing prospect identification, grant proposal submission and initial donor contacts/follow up. Communications Coordinator - Local church identification, assessment and coordination; management of Five Counties Communications Plan; development and execution of public Recognition Program. * CTS is an equal opportunity employer.
